2025 College Coaches & Athletic Staff Salary Survey
The 2025 survey will collect coaching and athletic staff compensation data from 4-year institutions across Division I, II, III, and NAIA. It will include information from men’s, women’s, and coed sports, as well as athletic department staff positions.
CACG analyzes the data and creates a free Participant Report for each responding institution, which provides Athletic Departments an overview of coaching and athletic staff pay across institutions by size and athletic division.
If you have not already, please participate in the pre-survey questionnaire. The questionnaire allows CACG to refine the timing and contents of the 2025 Survey to best fit participating institutions.
2025 Salary Survey: Custom Reporting
Once collection for the 2025 survey is complete, CACG will be able to utilize data collected to create a report consisting of individual salary analysis based on a more closely identified peer group.
Custom Reports enable Athletic Departments to view compensation analysis of department employees against highly similar institutions, allowing for the most precise view of pay competitiveness.
