I started College Athletics Compensation Group (CACG) with a simple goal: to help college athletic departments access better compensation data. In many cases, pay information for coaches and athletic staff is difficult to find or verify, which leaves departments unsure how their salaries compare across the industry.
That is why CACG is launching the 2025 College Coaches & Athletic Staff Salary Survey, so every four-year institution can access valuable compensation data that’s rarely collected and hard to find. Results are provided at no cost to participants to ensure that meaningful insights are accessible for athletic departments of all sizes.
Our goal is to support your department with clear and actionable compensation data that drives more informed decision-making. We appreciate your interest in CACG and look forward to supporting your department’s goals!
